Where a platform supports it, you log in through that platform's own sign-in page, so we never see your password. For platforms without that option, your credentials are encrypted and used only to manage your availability. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
You can. The list of your upcoming games is yours. If you ask for help with a problem, the person running REF CLASH can look at your dashboard and your upcoming games, read only and without game locations. Passwords and logins are never shown to anyone.
No. You stay in control of which games you take. REF CLASH only blocks your time on the other platforms so nobody books you twice.
REF CLASH removes the block it created for that game, where the platform allows it, and tells you what it removed. Blocks you made yourself are never touched.
